 CSA / Zone Update 2-3-2017

 

BOLT Current Service Area:

 

Hot Shot drops (drops in areas where service is already established) are moving much more efficiently.  All sign ups since Thanksgiving have been seeing service within 4-6 weeks, many much sooner.  We continue to look for ways to decrease the wait time.  BOLT has enhanced in house crew capabilities and is working to bring in another Engineering firm to help manage this aspect of the project.  We have also worked diligently to reduce the backlog and expect it to be completed in the next 2 weeks for all drops that can be built.

 

MIAMI/QUAPAW/PEORIA:

NERV, MIST, SPRV, SRES

The Hot Shot customers continue to be placed daily.  There are multiple line extensions that need completed in this process.  All customers signing up should see service in 30 days or less.

MIAMI, PEOR, NORE

The areas needing major construction to complete have been bid and approved by the Board of Directors January 6th. This contract has not been approved by RUS at this time.  Limited construction has started and will ramp up as soon as RUS approval is received.  We expect this approval in the next 3 weeks.

 

 

BOLT Current Construction Area:

 

ADAIR/CHELSEA TOWN:

CTNO, CTSE, CTES, CTEN, ADAR

Construction has started and will last approximately 90 days.  Drop placement will begin shortly.  We anticipate service to all pre-pays in mid-March.

AFTON TOWN:

AFTN, AFTS

MP Nextlevel started September 9 and construction will last approximately 120 days.  Drop placement is underway and we anticipate service being established to all pre-pays by mid-February.

 CHELSEA/ADAIR RURAL:

CHEL

Construction started late December and will last approximately 120 days.

CHSW, CTST, ADWE

Construction started the last week of January and is expected to last approximately 120 days.

COLCORD/WEST SILOAM SPRINGS AREAS:

COLW, COLC, CORE, GRCY, DRIP, SIRW, SILO, SIRN, SILN

Final RUS approval has been received.  Construction will start in mid-February and last approximately 90 days.

DRY GULCH/PRYOR/MAZIE:

GULC, BELL, DRYG, PRNE, HOME, HMNO, HMSO

Final RUS approval has been received.  Construction will start in mid-February and last approximately 90 days.

GROVE/WYANDOTTE/TURKEY FORD:

ICEB, TURK, TKFD

Construction started in mid-December and is expected to be completed by late March.

GRSW

Construction will start early February and last approximately 60 days.

VINITA RURAL:

VNHS, WOAK, PYRD, SWCT

Sellenriek started construction started August 15th on this contract. The bulk of the mainline has been placed and Sellenriek has also been placing drops.  Splicing and testing is now underway.  Most all pre-pays in these areas will see service by the end of March.

Tentative completion date early 3rd quarter 2017

BERNICE TOWN:

BTNO/BTSO

Bids have been opened and approved by the Board of Directors.  The contract is currently waiting on final RUS approval which is expected by the end of February.  At that point, construction will last approximately 120 days after.

CHELSEA/ADAIR RURAL:

CHNO, CHNC, BUSH (formerly CHWT)

Tentative completion early 3rd quarter of 2017.

CHOUTEAU RURAL:

POAK, QUIN

These CSA’s have been staked and submitted to PSO for pole attachment approval.  Timing is dependent on PSO approval but is anticipated to be complete early third quarter 2017.

CHOUTEAU TOWN:

CHTW, HILL, CHOW (formerly CHSW), CHTE

These CSA’s have been staked and submitted to PSO for pole attachment approval.  Timing is dependent on PSO approval but is anticipated to be complete early third quarter 2017.

DRY GULCH/PRYOR/MAZIE RURAL:

HMSE, OSES, PRSW, ACRE, BNGE, MIDA, NETC

These CSA’s have been staked and submitted to PSO for pole attachment approval.  Timing is dependent on PSO approval but is anticipated to be complete early third quarter 2017.

FAIRLAND RURAL:

WNUT, HICK, HKMD, LKPT, SAIL, POLE, SERV

On hold pending resolution of issues with incumbent telco provider and NEOEC.  Tentative completion late 2nd quarter of 2017.

FAIR, FASE, FRNE

Tentative completion date early 3rd quarter 2017.

FREA, FLTS, MKNE, MKNR

An amendment to an existing contract is being developed to get construction started in these areas.  This process takes time with RUS be we anticipate construction to begin around April.

FAIRLAND TOWN:

FLTN, FLTW

The City of Fairland project has been place on indefinite hold after delays in obtaining a franchise agreement from the City of Fairland.

BOLT is developing an amendment to move construction into the rural areas surrounding Fairland as quickly as possible.

GROVE:

CHQN, NOTS, TURT, CHEE, GROV, HOUS, PARK, BDWY, LSRD, GATE, STPK, LOWE

Bids have been opened and approved by the Board of Directors.  The contract is currently waiting on final RUS approval which is expected by the end of February.  At that point, construction will last approximately 120 days after.

MADS, REED, LOST, WALN, BLUE, WOLF, WOOD, CAYU

The CSA’s listed above are currently staked.  Most of these require PSO pole attachment permits to be submitted which is complete.  Right now we are looking at an approximate start date for construction in February-March with construction lasting approximately 120 days.  This timeframe may be extended should PSO permitting take longer than estimated.

GRSE, DODG, YUGA

We have a tentative completion date of 3rd quarter of 2017.

KETCHUM TOWN: (PSO Areas)

Bids have been opened and approved by the Board of Directors.  The contract is currently waiting on final RUS approval which is expected by the end of February.  At that point, construction will last approximately 120 days after.

LANGLEY TOWN: (PSO Areas)

Bids have been opened and approved by the Board of Directors.  The contract is currently waiting on final RUS approval which is expected by the end of February.  At that point, construction will last approximately 120 days after.

MIAMI RURAL:

WERN, MINO, WDTY, NARC, DOTY

We have a tentative completion date of 3rd quarter of 2017.

 

Maplebrook:

Bids have been opened and approved by the Board of Directors.  The contract is currently waiting on final RUS approval which is expected by the end of February.  At that point, construction will last approximately 120 days after.

Newport Village on Monkey Island:

Construction has been postponed in this subdivision until the take rate is at minimum 50%.

Stoneridge Lane/Granite Drive/Grand Point in Ketchum:

Construction began the week of November 21 and will be completed by mid-February.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

ADRE, ADRS, TWIN, PENS, CHNE

These CSA’s will be built in late 2017 pending available funds remaining in the project scope.

Monkey Island Area:

Mainstay – Will not grant easement

White Chapel – Will not grant easement

Sheuline Estates – Will not grant easement
